and very little HTML. It's been a learning experience; but F5 has saved us
from our own mistakes on several occasions. There has been minimal downtime.

arise I have always been able to get an answer from Michael
ASAP...
Most other hosts that I have had you have to send in a
trouble ticket and wait a day or so and who wants to do
that?

"Two years ago, I
decided to make a website. One of the guys at work said to use FrontPage,
because I had it on my computer. I knew so little, that I didn’t know
that—let alone how to use it.
When I thought I was ready to
publish, luck intervened. I happen to see a forum post by one of the
f5guys and followed his link back to the then five month-old F5-hosting.
The praise in the forum showed they tried harder. I factored in the
likelihood of new company growing pains, tossed my several weeks of
hosting research, and signed up with the fledgling company the next day.
There were growing pains, which seem to be over now. There have
also been lots of technical improvements since then. I don’t speak
computerize, so some of the changes were a bit uncomfortable for me. F5
pulled me through each time.
They also helped me resolve every
problem that I came up against, and they resolved the problems to my
satisfaction. That includes self created problems due to my misuse of
FrontPage. Most recently they guided me to outside sources so that I could
turn a computer into a server. (I want to learn how to install and work
with php programs.)
What I like best is that they are real people,
approachable, competent, and nice. They are responsive and responsible in
every situation. On a more personal note: they have never been critical of
me for messing up (around 4 or 5 times so far) and causing them extra
work.
F5-hosting has matured into a company that is truly
superb."

this. The staff at f5hosting is unbeleivable. They are extremely fast and
go beyond the bounds of customer help. I couldnt be happier than with
f5hosting. I have never had customer service that is this fast before,
even if there hosting wasnt the greatest i would still stay here because
of their service. No complaints. great job guys, you have a lifelong
